Hi,
I'm a simple, down to earth person. I'm honest, gentle, courteous, spiritual and above all else kind. I consider myself truly blessed because I can afford to semi-retire while I'm 48 and still healthy. I'm semi-retired in the sense that I'm able to do "heart work" - work which comes from my heart. After working hard for 23 years as a teacher in Malaysia and a lecturer in singapore I felt that it is time to devote the rest of my life towards service to others. In this regard I'm picking up various healing art - healing at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Particularly I'm learning acupuncture, homoeopathy and chinese medicine.
I've some savings and some investments so I'm not without my means.
I'm a divorcee for many years now. My son is grown and he's now studying engineering and science in austrailia. I seek a partner who can be both a companion and a spiritual partner.
What do I do for fun ? All my life I had been very active and have a wide range of interests. Reading, writing, movies, music, meditation, tai-chi, nature photography are some of the things that take up my time. Used to be a sportsman as well. When the circumstance is right I can be funny and hilarious 8-). But all these are best left for you to discover as we get to know each other.
What makes me happy ? The simplest of things in life. A gentle breeze, the gentle atmosphere after a storm, a ray of golden sunlight, a hug from a toddler that says "you are the greatest", a genuine and warm smile, the eyes that say "I care" etc. How could one put a value on all of these that make us whole, vulnerable and human ?
